EMEC22  ACE  SCHOLARSHIPS

The Association for Chemistry and the Environment (ACE) offers meeting scholarships for MSc and PhD students to participate at the annual 22nd European Meeting on Environmental Chemistry (EMEC22). This year it will take place in Ljubljana, Slovenia, from 5th until the 8th of December 2022.

ACE Scholarship covers the conference fee, additional travel, and accommodation costs up to 500 €. In order to apply for the scholarship, candidates should send the following elements to dr. Nuno Ratola (nrneto@fe.up.pt) until the 1st of September 2022:

• bibliography

• brief summary of hitherto research work

• letter of recommendation from a supervisor

• current enrolment certificate

• certificate of examination results

Based on the past academic achievements (grade transcripts, scientific publications) and national quotas, up to three candidates will be selected as ACE scholarship recipients for EMEC22.

Please do not forget that abstract submission deadline is 15th September 2022.

​

Decision about the scholarship recipients will be made within the seven days from the application deadline.
